It’s easy to enjoy Jump Downloads:
- Make sure you have a Jump Downloads capable phone. (Call 1-866-515-JUMP to find out if your phone is Jump Downloads capable). ‡
- Ensure that you have added adequate funds to your Jump Mobile Account. The Jump Downloads fee is $5.
- Activate your Jump Downloads service by calling 1-866-515-JUMP (toll-free). After you’ve activated your service, you will be able to access the Jump Downloads BREW main menu within 24 hours.
- Click on the Jump Downloads BREW icon on your handset to bring up a shopping cart that will let you browse the available applications.
- To download an application, simply click on the one you want, select a pricing option and purchase it. The application will automatically be downloaded to your phone. (The time to download applications may vary, but it averages less than one minute. Please don’t close your handset or press END until the status bar indicates your download is complete).
- Some games and information services offer free demos for a few minutes or up to a whole day. Ringtone applications often let you listen to samples before you purchase them.
